The Casita Guestrooms offer an easy-to-reach alternative to a standard guest room. Sliding doors provide incredible views and open to a terrace furnished with table and chairs, outdoor fire table as well as other comfortable seats. Casita accommodations are a collection of 12, two-story buildings featuring 119 guestrooms and suites. Casitas are opposite the main building, separated by The Phoenician Pools and Necklace lake, each offering doorstep parking. Locations and views vary. Guests may either call for complimentary transportation to various resort areas, or anticipate a brief stroll to property venues, including an approximate 300-yard walk to the main building.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, writing desk, entertainment center and a full marble bath with separate tub and shower. From the bedroom you can walk out to a separate terrace with chairs and comfortable seating where you can relax and savor the desert calm.

Our Presidential Suite offers breathtaking views of tree-lined fairways, mountains and the city beyond. The grand foyer entrance leads to a pair of contemporary living spaces, including a fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors overlook an expansive covered patio. Enjoy dining for six, with service from a full kitchen with separate butler entrance.
Stay longer at The Phoenician and receive an additional $250 USD dining credit per stay, above the standard Signature credit of $100 USD, for stays October 1, 2024 - September 6, 2025.
